Shipping policy

To maintain quality control and consistency across limited drops, orders are shipped in weekly curated batches. Dispatches take place every Friday and Saturday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, 2AM Records is not responsible for delays, loss, or stolen packages. If issues arise, please contact the courier directly. We may assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee resolutions from courier services.
